Pricing FAQ
What counts as a case?
Any case opened in Vestamere — direct cremation, traditional service, preneed-served, pet, aquamation, all the same rate. If you open it in Vestamere, it counts.
What about preneed contracts (no immediate case)?
Not billed until the case is fulfilled. A preneed contract sitting in Vestamere costs nothing.
What if a family cancels after we’ve done work?
Still counts as a case — the work is done. Vestamere shouldn’t take the loss for the home’s business mishap.
Do volume discounts apply mid-year?
Yes. As your annual cases cross each band threshold, subsequent cases bill at the lower rate. We don’t require you to pre-commit to a volume tier.
Is the price ever going to change?
If we raise rates, existing customers stay on their current rates for at least 12 months. Annual prepay locks your rate for the prepaid year regardless.
Is there a free plan?
No. We don’t do freemium. Funeral homes buy on credibility, not on free. The 30-day full-feature trial is the evaluation path.
